Return Policy
If you are unhappy with your item, please let us know on first day of receiving item. Refunds available on full price and faulty items.
We can offer exchange/credit note on sale items except during Eid periods.
Please check your sizes thoroughly, we can also advise the best for you.
In order to return your item you should:
1. Ensure that the item is still in the same condition that it was purchased in, with all tags and packaging intact.
2. Notify us within 14 days that you would like to return item by sending a picture of the fault and you must cover the posting and shipping cost. Shipping instructions will provide to you and you must ensure the item is returned to us within 14 calendar days of us acknowledging your return request.
EID Policy
Assalamualaikum, it is now Eid period for shopping has begun. Please place all UK orders as per our delivery options. This will allow enough time for you to receive your Eid outfit. We will be taking Eid orders for London only up-to 6th of June. As we are based in London we can guarantee Eid delivery up-to the last day before Eid.
International shipping please see delivery options available and recommend to place order two weeks before Eid.
All Eid orders placed during Eid period are non-refundable, so please kindly check your size and read description before ordering. Please feel free to leave us a message on our chat box or email and we will respond to you as soon as possible.

How does Abaya Sizing work?
Abayas are typically sized according to the length of the garment, which is correlated to your height in feet. For example, if you are 5 feet 2 inches tall, a size 52 would be suitable.
These guidelines can help you choose an abaya that is just right for you. It's important to note that abayas are designed to have a loose and modest fit.
If you find yourself in between sizes, you have the option to wear the two adjacent abaya sizes. For instance, if you are 5ft3, you can choose between a size 52 or 54. Generally, we recommend going up one size rather than down. It's important to note that sizes may vary across different brands and styles.
